When using VSPs controlled by suction side tanks (or discharge side tanks), the initial tank head becomes the head setting for the VSP. When using Controls, there is no option to define an Action for Tanks to change this head setting, only the Pump settings can be changed. However, when using a VSP controlled by suction/discharge side Tank with control actions that alter the Pump Hydraulic Grade Setting, the model cannot solve the network hydraulic equations.

Allow Controls to alter the head setting of a Tank for the use of VSPs controlled by Tanks.
