Angle Readout for Node Angle Flex Tables for Stormwater Nodes to be in Degrees, Minutes Seconds. Not Degrees or Minutes or Seconds.

Setout Instruments do not read decimal degrees. It is incorrect to specify angles in just Minutes, or Seconds
