Parametric cells for nodes will enable the software to increase the size of the node when required by capacity calculations. It can also change the node size when required to accommodate larger pipes. This will also reduce the size of the cell library required to be loaded from the workspace.
There's a similar request for OpenRoads Designer Drainage and Utilities in Bentley OpenCivil Ideas Portal. The idea number is BCI-I-418 (https://bentleyopencivil.ideas.aha.io/ideas/BCI-I-418) and is says "Parametric capability for the placement of Node and Conduit feature definitions. This would dramatically reduce the requirement for a vast number of library cells and feature definitions to be created."
