Make it easier to integrate with projectwise

Currently, to allow CivilStorm (and I'm assuming StormCAD/PondPak) to integrate with ProjectWise, we have to edit an XML file following this guidance: https://bentleysystems.service-now.com/community?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0058243


It's not the most intuitive method for some users to find and follow. Is there a way to integrate this process into the software user interface like from the File drop down menu in the software?
