MSX Water Quality Simulation Hot-Starts

Multispecies models (MSX) often require long simulation times to initialize the system. With some system models, piggy backing the next simulation with the initial conditions being the final results from the last run can allow for even longer simulations. This can save time setting up very long operational scenarios, and is only helpful for water quality. We can approach this with copy-pasting, custom python scripts, or built-in tools (for other MSX platforms), but there is not a good approach for WaterGEMS. For water age or single species, we usually are copy pasting to do those hot start runs, but that is generally not feasible for complex MSX models. A hotstart tool for MSX would be helpful for a variety of workflows.
