Make sharing Shared FlexTables easier

This idea is relevant to all drainage-related products, especially OpenRoads Drainage.


Currently the way to share Shared FlexTables across laptops requries users to copy a FlexTables XML folder into a very specific folder on their Cdrive. It would be much more convenient to have an export/import function to share these files.
