This idea is relevant to all drainage-related products, especially OpenRoads Drainage.
Currently the way to share Shared FlexTables across laptops requries users to copy a FlexTables XML folder into a very specific folder on their Cdrive. It would be much more convenient to have an export/import function to share these files.
Couple of workaround ideas: (1) Save standard FlexTable formats to your hydraulic model template file or dgnlib. (2) Save FlexTable as "Hydraulic Model" type, so is travels with the model file. (Right-click on a "Shared" FlexTable to copy is as a Hydraulic Model FlexTable. Then, another person who opens the model can right-click to copy the Hydraulic Model FlexTable to their Shared FlexTables if they want.
The Flextable XML should be available from a common data source such as Projectwise or a network drive.
