Allow for the pipe inverts to match a ratio of the pipe sizes connected to a manhole.

The majority of the time, we must design our storm sewer system to match a particular invert situation, such as matching the 0.8 line of pipe sizes when two different pipe sizes are connected to a structure, rather than matching the inverts or crowns of the pipes, or any other ratio that might apply to the design constraints, not just invert/crowns or offset.

I work as a design engineer in Michigan, and we use the aforementioned design limitations while designing storm sewer systems.
