SCS dimensionless curves for different durations

I advise to include the possibility for SCS dimensionless curves for 6 and 12 hours events instead of only 24 hours as per current OpenFlows products.

Decimal places for labels

Ability to specify decimal places when labeling an element with a number field (e.g., pipe diameter). This should not be linked to the decimal places seen elsewhere in flex table or the properties window.
