Resizeable color coding properties dialog

Sometimes you need to color code by a field that has long values or a lot of values. The color coding properties dialog lets you resize the columns in the table, but doesn't let you resize the window, making it difficult to work with.

Put the laterals and taps adjacent to each other in the element symbology TOC
