I'm willing to bet the majority of people don't realise that the volume of water between 'Base' and 'Minimum' is NOT included in water age and constituent modelling unless they manually specify 'Volume (Inactive)'.

I did figure this out over a year ago but then subsequently forgot and now have to go back double checking all of the models I've worked on since then.

I understand there will be many instances where manually entering this volume would be preferable. So also add the option to manually define it as you have built in for so many other settings. But please, for the love of convenience (and my sanity) can you have it auto-calculate by default in the future?
