SewerGEMS stores the results in temporary files after the calculation is completed and the final design files with the results are created only after clicking "Save". It would be useful to have an option for the model to save itself after the calculation is completed. In this way, we can protect ourselves from accidental loss of result data (e.g., power outage, hardware failure)

Suggestion: Add options for SewerGEMS to autosave after completing numerical calculations
