Network Navigator Review Pipe Split Candidates - Ignore Customer Meters

Customer Meters are not a valid Element to Split Pipes with and should not be output in the Network Navigator Review Pipe Split Candidates. Customer Meters only exist on the upstream end of 1 or 0 Laterals.

Bulk Exporting of Results

Need ability to export results for all scenarios under a chosen scenario with the same given parameters. This can reduce dozens of individual, timely exports into a single export. Or at a larger scale can reduce hundreds of exports down to dozens.

For pump definitions, any points specifically entered by the user should show up on the graph as points to differentiate from the calculated values. Also add a legend to the graph.
